Registration fee

Notice to authors:

·       Please note each paper must have at least one author registered by 01 September 2025. Papers with additional contributing authors registering after this date will be required to pay the standard conference fee that is applicable.

·       Any paper that does not have at least one author registered by 01 September 2025 will be withdrawn from the conference proceedings.

·       At least one author needs to attend and present the paper either in oral or poster format. Papers that are not presented will not be published on Inspec, the IET Digital Library or be indexed on IEEE Xplore and Ei Compendex and the registration fee is non-refundable after the conference.

·       Please include your paper reference number when registering.

·       *Notes about Academic and Corporate Partners:

o   Official Academic and Corporate Partners have signed an aggreement with the IET.

o   Authors need to be members of the IET to benefit for this reduced registration fee

o   If your organization is interested in becoming an Academic or Corporate Partners, please contact Tony Xu at tonyxu@theiet.org 

The registration fee entitles the attendee to the following:

·       Attend all the conference sessions.

·       Participate in the discussions.

·       Visit the exhibition and poster sessions.

·       Receive the conference proceedings at the conference.

·       The delegate bag handed out.
